Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve long-term business goals and revenue targets.

Identify new market opportunities, key industries, and client segments to expand the business.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with the company’s overall vision and objectives.

2. Client Acquisition and Retention

Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, including corporate advertisers, SMEs, and agencies.

Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals with a focus on sustainable growth.

Ensure high client satisfaction through personalized support, customized solutions, and continuous engagement.

3. Team Leadership and Mentoring

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed their targets.

Provide regular training, performance reviews, and actionable feedback to improve individual and team outcomes.

Establish a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the sales team.

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.

Utilize insights to refine product offerings and sales pitches.

Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Revenue Management and Reporting

Drive consistent growth in revenue by diversifying sales channels and developing new monetization opportunities.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in classifieds, digital advertising, e-commerce, or online marketplaces.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in leadership roles.
